Indications:
These chewable tablets are indicated for the alleviation of inflammation and pain associated with both acute and chronic musculoskeletal disorders in dogs, cats, and cattle.
Dosage and Administration:
For initial treatment, administer a single dose of 0.2 mg meloxicam per kg of body weight on the first day. Subsequently, continue treatment once daily with a maintenance dose of 0.1 mg meloxicam per kg of body weight. Each chewable tablet contains either 1 mg or 2.5 mg meloxicam, suitable for daily maintenance dosing for dogs of varying body weights. Tablets can be halved for precise dosing according to the individual animal's weight. METAFLAM Chewable Tablets can be administered with or without food for ease of use.
